Right of withdrawal and returns

1. How long you have

14 days from the day you, or someone you name, physically receive the parcel.

If an order arrives in several shipments, the 14 days start from the delivery of the last piece.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you tell us your decision within the fourteenth day: the parcel can leave later.

2. How to tell us

Write to info@via925firenze.com with the order number and which items you want to return. One line is enough, no form needed.

If you prefer a formal communication you can use the certified email address talasrls1@pec-amministratore.it, or the model form below.

We reply confirming receipt and giving you the address to ship to.

3. How to send it back

Send it back within 14 days of telling us, to: Via del Parione 52R, 50123 Firenze (FI), Italia_resi

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or different from the one ordered: in that case we pay.

Use a tracked courier and keep the receipt: until the parcel arrives, proof of postage is the only thing protecting you.

The jewellery must come back intact, not worn beyond what was needed to try it, with the tag, the box and the cloth that were in the parcel. You may open and look, as you would in a shop; if a piece comes back damaged or plainly used we may withhold an amount equal to the loss in value.

4. The refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may however wait until we have received the goods, or proof that you sent them, before proceeding.

The refund covers the price of the products and the standard delivery charge you paid. If you had chosen a faster shipping method, we refund the standard amount.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used — it is the card scheme that credits the amount back — and costs you nothing. How many days your bank takes to show it on your statement is up to them, not us.

If you return only part of an order and that brings the total below the free shipping threshold, shipping stays free: we do not claim it back.

5. When withdrawal does not apply

Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code excludes changing your mind in certain cases. For what we sell, there are two:

• Personalised products — jewellery with engraving, a non-standard size or any work done at your request. These are pieces made for you and we cannot put them back on sale.
• Products sealed for hygiene reasons, once opened — this covers earrings supplied in a sealed pack. While the seal is intact you can return them without any problem.

In both cases it is written on the product page before you buy, not after.

These exclusions do not affect the legal warranty: if a personalised product arrives faulty, you are still entitled to replacement or refund.

6. What if I only want a different size?

Write to info@via925firenze.com: in most cases we handle the exchange without going through the withdrawal procedure, which is longer for both of us.

7. Model withdrawal form

You are not obliged to use it, but if you prefer ready-made wording you can copy this and send it to info@via925firenze.com.
